I COULDN'T STAND PUTTING ALL THOSE CHEMICALS IN THE TUB.

 I just want to let you know, my husband and I are very happy with your product. I couldn't stand putting all those chemicals in the hot tub. Now, it's so easy to take care of and the water stays nice and clear. It feels very natural and doesn't smell. We have 4 granddaughters that love to go in the tub and I don't have to worry about any kind of reaction. I don't know why anyone would use anything else. I am very pleased with the customer service also, whenever I have a question, I know it will be answered right away.

WE WERE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE USUAL BROMINE TREATMENT

We have been extremely happy with the products that we have ordered from you for use in our hot tub.  We originally contacted you because we were very unhappy with the usual bromine treatment that we had been using in our hot tub.  The fumes were objectionable and the odor stayed in our lungs for a full day or more.  We really did not feel that this was healthy.   As a result, we were not using our hot tub very much.  We found "The Natural Solution", and will continue to order the products.  Thanks for a real "natural solution' to the odor problem, and now we use it much more again. 

 Also, your service is excellent.   The products arrive in just a few days after the order is put through.

With the start-up kit, the initial cleansing of the entire system was unbelievable.  I can't believe how much sludge was in the workings of my tub.  

 

Once I had my new water balanced (with personal help from you) it is so cheap and easy to keep it perfect . 

 

 For the first time in the life of the hot tub (9 years) the water is crystal clear with very little additives.  The Natural Solution is so gentle on my skin.  I am a lifetime user.

WE TRIED EVERYTHING!!!

Ryan we tried everything in our hot tub, from chlorine to bromine to bacqua, and we either broke out or couldn't get the water right.  The solution keeps the water soft and we haven't had a break out since switching to your products.  Thanks for The Natural Solution we can finally use our very expensive hot tub, we were going to sell it!!!
